All our monthly fees are agreed in advance and fixed for a minimum period of 12 months. That’s it…once we have discussed your requirements and agreed a fee with you, that fee will remain unchanged (for those requirements) for at least 12 months. If your needs were to change (e.g. you were to become VAT registered or you were to increase the size of your payroll) then we would agree a new fee with you, which again would remain fixed for a further 12 months. You will NEVER receive any surprise bills from us.
Your key filing deadlines will be met; on time, every time. As long as we receive your information within agreed timescales, we will ensure that your documents are filed on time with HMRC and Companies House. You will NEVER receive any late filing penalties.
